"I was traveling from upstate New York to Florida, hauling a 33-foot travel trailer. I had just installed a new brake controller when the trailer brakes started locking up repeatedly. It became clear that it was too dangerous to continue, so I decided to pull over and have everything checked. It was mid-afternoon, and the staff told me they would take a look and try to determine the problem, although they weren’t sure they would be able to fix it that same day. To my surprise, they not only diagnosed and repaired the original brake controller issue, but they also discovered another problem with one of the trailer wheels. The braking issue had been so severe that it had actually sheared the bolts off the brake drum. They repaired that problem as well, all on the same day. Just 2½ hours later, I was safely back on the road. The service was excellent, the staff were professional and helpful, and the price was very reasonable.
