Returns and Cancellation Policy for Nordstar Trailers
At Nordstar Trailers, we stand behind the structural integrity, safety, and quality of our inventory. We recognize that equestrian needs and transport projects can change, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent process for cancellations and returns. Please review our detailed policy below regarding the return of your trailers or associated equipment.
1. Right to Cancel
You are entitled to cancel your order within a 30-day window without the requirement of providing a specific justification.
The Deadline: The cancellation period expires 30 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the delivered trailer or equipment.
How to Cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, you must provide us with a clear, unambiguous statement of your decision. You may submit this notice via email to our administration team at contact@nordstartrailers.com.
2. Reimbursement Process
Upon a successful cancellation and the return of the merchandise, Nordstar Trailers will reimburse your payment no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods at our designated facility.
Method of Payment: We will process the refund using the same payment method utilized for the initial transaction.
No Hidden Fees: You will not incur any additional administrative fees as a direct result of this reimbursement.
3. Conditions for Returns
To ensure that your items are eligible for a return and refund, the following criteria must be met:
Timeframe: The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 calendar days.
Condition: The goods must be returned in their original packaging (for parts/accessories) and in the same structural and mechanical condition in which they were delivered.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain products are exempt from being returned due to their highly specialized nature. These include:
Custom Specifications: Any horse trailers, living quarters, or towing gear manufactured, rigged, or modified to your specific dimensions, paint colors, stall configurations, or personalized branding requirements.
Perishable or Rapidly Deteriorating Goods: Items that, by their nature, are not suitable for return once a certain period has elapsed.
Health and Hygiene: Any equine care or trailer sanitation goods that are unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to animal health protection or hygiene standards.
Inseparable Mixtures: Any goods or parts which, after delivery, are according to their nature inseparably mixed or permanently integrated with other vehicles, structures, or towing systems.
Nordstar Trailers reserves the exclusive right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not comply with the above conditions at our sole discretion.
4. Logistics of Returning Goods
When returning trailers or heavy towing equipment, the client assumes full responsibility for the transport logistics, shipping costs, and physical risks associated with the return transit.

Shipping Protection: We cannot be held liable for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Because of the high value of trailer assets, we strongly recommend utilizing an insured, trackable, and commercial-grade vehicle freight or transport service.
Verification Requirement: No refunds will be issued without the actual physical receipt of the goods at our facility or valid, verifiable proof of completed delivery.
5. Gift Returns and Credits
If the items were designated as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will be eligible for a gift credit equal to the value of the return.
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, a digital or physical gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the items were not marked as a gift, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be processed back to the original purchaser (the gift-giver).
