  • Trailer Structural Integrity: Nordstar Trailers warrants that every horse trailer supplied will be free from foundational defects in chassis material, frame welding, and axle alignment at the time of delivery. This includes ensuring the unit is roadworthy, structurally sound, and weatherproof to keep your animals safe and secure.

  • Customization and Rigging Modifications: We provide a dedicated warranty on the caliber of professional customization services performed by our expert fabrication team. This coverage extends to all internal and external modifications, including but not limited to custom tack room installations, specialized horse stall configurations (such as slant or straight load re-engineering), interior padding, ramp gates, and custom electrical or ventilation systems.

2. Designated Warranty Periods

To ensure long-term over-the-road reliability, Nordstar Trailers provides coverage based on the following timelines:

  • Trailer Sales and Fleet Logistics: Both new and certified refurbished horse trailers purchased through Nordstar Trailers are protected by a limited warranty for a period of 12 Months, effective from the verified date of delivery.

  • Customization Services: All specialized modifications and bespoke engineering services are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 6 Months from the documented date of project completion.

3. Warranty Exclusions

While we aim for maximum coverage to protect your herd’s transport, the following conditions are excluded from this warranty:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Standard physical aging, minor cosmetic paint abrasions, tire wear, or normal surface oxidation on iron elements associated with regular hauling use and outdoor horse pasture or stable storage are not covered.

  • Misuse or Neglect: Any damage resulting from improper towing, overloading beyond the specified Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), neglect of basic axle or brake maintenance, kick damage from aggressive livestock, or unauthorized third-party modifications will void this warranty.

  • Acts of Nature: Damage caused by catastrophic natural disasters, extreme or record-breaking weather events, or other uncontrollable acts of nature is not covered under this professional warranty.
